RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

At Sehimek London, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns:
You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item is free from stains, odours, makeup marks, perfume, or any other signs of use.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sehimeklondon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:
- Wigs
- Hair extensions
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty from us)
Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, measurements, colours, and specifications before placing your order.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is faulty;
- The item received is damaged;
- An incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a faulty product, or an incorrect item supplied.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at sehimeklondon@gmail.com with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it must be treated as a return in accordance with this policy.
